    bugaboo runner We had a wonderful time at the Brookfield block party this weekend where the Bugaboo Runner was the star of the show at the Babesta booth. Handing out the latest edition of the Babesta Beat on a gorgeous Sunday, it was the perfect weather to chat with some downtown locals (tourists too) about our new store at Brookfield Place and the hottest items out this fall season. After taking a relaxing spin around the block party parents were ready to learn about the new Runner and how to stay active with their baby.   7. Published Words of Tribeca Street Artist Robert Janz

    post no bills poems Looking for a Monday Night event to get your culture fix? Look no further than right here in Tribeca! Street artist, Robert Janz and longtime Tribeca resident, is having his art compiled into a book (the first time his painted words have been published). A native of Ireland, the 80+ year old still has to dodge cops, but is able to escape the law on a few technicalities. His street art riffs on "Post No Bills" combining words, animals and even mountains (i.e. Post No Hills) to create his poems and artwork. By using washable paint and drawing on existing graffiti (strictly speaking), expressing his viewpoint without spoiling any public property.
